This Week’s Spotlight: Reha

FIXALTO StepFIX™ Reha stabilise the soles of footwear, and specifically shaped soft inserts unload the heads of the second, third, and fourth metatarsals, limit the range of motion in the big toe metatarsophalangeal joint, and absorb shock in this area during push-off, thus reducing pain related to many foot conditions. These foot insoles direct the front part of the foot outward (supination) and correct the axis of the feet if the knees turn inward while walking or running. They come with a transverse arch elevation that helps maintain the anatomical shape of the foot.

Recommended for:

– arthritis and stiffness of the big toe metatarsophalangeal joint (Hallux rigidus, Hallux limitus);
– gouty arthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis of the big toe joint;
– as well as for persons with an X-shaped leg.
